In 2015, after a series of unconventional experimentation and happy accidents, I began making and gifting my own homemade muesli. For the Christmas season, I decided to produce my own range of homemade pantry products including a dressing and a pair of flavoured salts. the mission of ‘the figtree depot’ is to bring a unique approach and flavour to traditional produce and to ensure nourishment of mind, body and soul; the rustic, handmade and bespoke nature of the packaging reflects this mission.
