DVIINE is a project that aims to deliver a new social experience for people who engage in Sydney’s nightlife.
Taking the form of a secretive pop-up bar that changes location, I have designed the brand identity and collateral as a means of enabling my audience to participate in a hedonistic adventure and excessive pursuit of indulgence.
My pop-up project embodies the Seven Deadly Sins; appearing only 7 times, each as a different sin. By designing a system based on symbols and exploring ambiguity, I aimed to create an almost “secret society”, which revels in adventure, decadence and escaping the mundane.
Deliverables included printed collateral that would aid my audience in participating in this journey; printed collateral such as business cards, invitation packages event tickets, clue cards and a series of printed menus which act as a typographic and linguistic exploration of each sin.
A set of engraved shot glasses, custom embossers and a custom stamp was also generated for this project in order to add an element of exclusivity to the project.
This project was produced for my major project at the conclusion of my honours degree.
