Every year, I aim to be as creative as possible when it comes to gift-giving. This particular work was the result of 2014’s Christmas gift to my father, an avid music fan, and a particular Pink Floyd devotee. In order to create a meaningful and keepsake gift, I vectorised and illustrated the soundwave of his favourite song, High Hopes, and immortalised it in print form.
These personal projects allow me to explore my creativity all year round, as well as providing my loved ones with bespoke and thoughtful gifts. High Hopes was a predominantly conceptual project, while also exploring image experimentation and print.
